Thank you for subscribing to My Mail Merge.
If, for any reason, you want a full refund against the purchase of the tool, please go through the refund policy before raising a refund request.
The following terms are applicable for any paid plan that you’ve subscribed :

Definitions

For the purposes of this Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Clickstream Media Pvt Ltd, B-516, Bestech Business Tower, Mohali, Punjab.
  • Orders mean a request by You to subscribe to a paid plan of My Mail Merge.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to My Mail Merge, accessible from http://mymailmerge.com
  • ‘You’ means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Refund Rights

You are entitled to raise a refund request within 14 days, providing you fulfil the conditions for refund as described below.

In order to exercise Your right of refund, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You 14 working days from the day on which We approve your application to refund the request. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Refunds

In order for the refund of the product, please make sure that:

  • The service is not working properly in which case please share a mail at info@mymailmerge.com with screenshots/proof of the issue
  • If for any reason, the payment has been debited more than once or payment has been debited and you didn’t receive the product
  • The paid plan was subscribed in the last 14 days
  • You have used the tool by following all the Terms of Use as defined on the website
  • Refund will not be applicable in case of:
  • You raise a refund request after 14 or more days from the date of purchase of plan
  • You have used a payment method other than mentioned on the website’s payment gateway
  • You have done any changes in the code and script of the tool
We reserve the right to refuse refund of any purchase that does not meet the above refund conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced plans may be refunded. Unfortunately, plans purchased on or during a sale cannot be refunded.
